Unispan can provide an end user with all relevant customer information
in a single tabbed interface. With one click of a user-defined button in
their favorite CRM, users can retrieve AR Current, History, Aging, Open
& Closed Sales Orders, & Transactions for the current customer on the
desktop. In addition they can also retrieve complete Inventory
information; On Hand by location, Committed, Serial Lots, Kitting,
Transactions, Product Sales History, Product Purchase History, etc.

Unispan is a standalone application that can bridge PFW data between PFW
and virtually any application like ACT!, SalesLogix, GoldMine, Maximizer,
Liaison CRM 5.0 and others.
It can also be called by any custom PFW
application you may have created. Even if the customer or prospect does
not use or need a CRM, Unispan can be added to the PFW menus and will
prompt the user for a customer key. This is a must have Customer Service
tool that every user could benefit from.
Integrates with Messenger 3.x
Unispan also integrates with latest version of Liaison Messenger 3.x. This release will allow direct
reprinting of Invoices, Sales Orders, P.O.s and Statements and also
takes advantage of the new desktop faxing and e-mailing for reprints
found in Messenger 3.0.
