As you can see, Liaison Messenger EDD can create and add "document specific" QR codes that can be used for a variety of solutions or ideas.
In this example the (user-definable) QR code directed the recipient to a website filling in two fields with data from the document (Document Number and Date of Delivery).
It then collected the person's name & signature and stored it to a database when the user hit Submit.
