Liaison Central

For D365 Business Central

$199 / mo. per BC tenant

· unlimited users

Your whole day — calls, tasks, quotes, approvals — in one date-sorted list, native to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central

The Planner — An Operational Inbox Across Business Central
The Planner aggregates attention items from every BC source — Liaison Follow-Ups, Calls, User Tasks, Opportunities, Quotes, and pending Approvals — into a single attention-sorted list. Items appear as colored rows with type pills (FUP for follow-up, OPP for opportunity, APR for approval, and so on), sortable by any column. The left filter panel remembers each user’s preferences across sessions.

Liaison Contact Manager

$29 / user/ month

Old school Contact Management built for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central

One Record. One Screen. Every Detail.
Open a Customer in standard Business Central. To see the full picture, count the clicks: open invoices, AR aging, the contact person’s phone, the last note taken, active opportunities, the last email sent, pending approvals on open orders. Eight clicks across six pages.
Liaison Contact Manager presents all of that on a single dashboard. Vertical sections collapse and expand. Tabs swap between Opportunities, Notes Central, Sheets, Contacts, Interactions, History, Relationships, and Attachments. The data needed to act is in front of you — no context-switching, no navigation overhead.

The Design Principle: “Everything in BC, Two Clicks Away”
Open Business Central. Click Liaison Central in your role center. You are already where you need to be — the Planner is in front of you, the Slidekick is on the right edge, your shortcuts are pinned. Anywhere you need to go in Business Central is one more click from there.

This is not marketing language. It is the architectural commitment that drives every product decision.

Liaison Contact Manager goes beyond customer and vendor records

Every Liaison page surfaces a tabbed sidekick panel called Slidekick. It contains Favorites (pinned customers, vendors, items, and reports), Calendar, Calculator, Quick Hits (frequent actions), Help, and — critically — My Shortcuts. Slidekick panels are scoped to the current record on context-aware pages, so the EU sees relevant tools for what they’re looking at without navigating away.

Inventory items get the same dashboard treatment — with context-aware BC Slidekick on every screen.

Business Central Slidekick

Context-aware quick access to Business Central pages, cards, and reports. The pane adapts to the dashboard you're on.

On the Item Dashboard:

Availability, Demand Forecast, Recent Activity, Item Journal, Physical Inventory, Transfer Order — one click away.

On the Customer Dashboard:

Sales orders, statements, ledger entries, customer correspondence.

On the Vendor Dashboard:

Purchase orders, invoices, payment journals, vendor performance.

Liaison Contact Management surfaces BC's data — it doesn't replace it

What it is..

• A workspace that surfaces BC's existing data

• Table extensions on standard BC entities

• Drill-through to BC's native cards on every click

• AI-powered prioritization of what's already there

• Native to the BC client — no separate app, no
 context switch

What it isn't..

• A replacement for Business Central

• A parallel system to maintain or sync

• A duplicate database of customer/vendor master data

• A competitor to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales

• A migration project — there's nothing to migrate

Look at what's NEW... Enhance email appearance with Liaison HTML Courier!
